Applying the Family Systems Theory

Over the course of my legal career, I have come to realize the complexity of many family law problems, and how a client's situation affects and is affected by other family members. I have found that the Bowen Family Systems Theory can provide a framework for understanding and resolving family law and related emotional and psychological problems. In representing my clients, I apply these precepts to resolving child custody cases, contested divorces, guardianship disputes, and other family law matters whenever possible.

In working with mental health and social service professionals, I am more of a counselor and advisor than an advocate. My goal will be to provide you with a family litigation support strategy that enables you to provide the right services for your client, while protecting your professional standing and legal interests at all times.
